Researchers at Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma AgCredit are conducting a survey in an effort to understand the demand for an internal crop and livestock insurance service and to evaluate the usefulness of such a service to Oklahoma AgCredit's customers. 
These research procedures have been approved by Oklahoma State’s Institutional Review Board. Your participation is strictly voluntary and your response to this survey will be kept completely anonymous. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes. You must be 18 or older to participate.
