Mentor Criteria

Eight or more years of professional experience
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Five or more years as an ACE member
Content area expertise

Proposed Mentor Expectations

Quarterly Zoom program meeting with ACE Mentorship Program participants
Meet monthly or more with the mentor to work through goals and topics
Provide resources related to the participant’s goals and areas of interest
Attendance at the 2025 and 2026 ACE Conference
Be open to continued participant connections after the program has ended
